FAQ Voltage type and Plug type Seller

most of our items are for 220V-240V ( remains for 100V-240V ) so all of them can be used in Singapore without problem. the plug cord type is 2 round pins so buyers need a plug connector which fits with SG type.

  Hi,

My mum made an order from you on 7 July 2019 and gave it to me as birthday present on 17 august 2019. After trying it for 2 days, I'm sure that theres a problem with the left side earpiece connection. The right side is good, but left side keeps going off and on and it's pretty annoying. I would like to request for an exchange.

If item faulty or seller sent wrong item, I sent back for exchange or refund and I had to pay for the round shipping fee??
